Bill Hallett, president and owner of Tierra Madre Realty, was first licensed in New Mexico in 1978, and has been a broker since 1980.

Along the way, he has served several years as a director and officer of both the Albuquerque Metropolitan Board of Realtors and Southwest Multiple Listing Service and received the prestigious Salesperson of the Year award from the Albquerque Board.

Bill also is certified to teach numerous continuing education classes to real estate brokers seeking to renew their license. He has twice been named Instructor of the Year.

Most recently, Bill has been appointed by the New Mexico Real Estate Commission to serve on its Education Steering Committee, and in 2006, chaired the Standard Forms Committee for the Realtors Association of New Mexico.
